We're delighted you're here and would love to introduce you to Radar and his friends. Scroll down to meet them!

Radar is approximately 19 years old. He came to the farm from a family that loved him and wanted to share him with others. He had already lost his ear in a possible mountain lion attack from when he lived in the mountains some time prior. He’s mostly sweet, a little sour, curious, and loves cupcakes. He is happy and loved. Radar pretty much runs the place!

Chica lived to be 30-something years old, and passed away in the summer of 2025. She came to the farm several years before her passing, with a sassy attitude, not expecting to live much longer. She surpassed everyone's expectations and quickly became one of the best, most loved lesson horses, teaching many children how to ride. Chica was happy and loved!

Poodini came to the farm after he had been hit by a car and had a shattered pelvis and leg. He eventually had to have his shattered leg amputated after it wouldn’t heal and was causing a lot of pain. He lived the rest of his days, being happy and loved, until his recent passing due to old age.

Coco Puff was a beloved miniature pony estimated to be older than 25 years old when he passed away in January 2025. He had an injured eye that had to be removed. He had a sweet and spunky personality, and sometimes enjoys pretending to be a rodeo bronc. He was loved by little kids everywhere, who enjoyed grooming him and dressing him up with braids and bows. Coco Puff was so very happy and loved!

Lizzy was brought to the farm by Tulare Animal Control after an incident where her flock was attacked, and she lost her beak. She was named Lizzie because she used her tongue to eat, like a lizard. She lived her final years at the farm being spoiled, happy, and loved.

Waffles was brought to the farm as a piglet with her littermate, Pancake. She was a beloved part of the SpiritHorse crew who enjoyed Starburst candy and getting loved on by kids in the petting zoo during events. Waffles was happy and loved!

Fred was short for “Fred Dave Bob.” He was so named because three different people named him at three different times. Fred came to the farm several years ago as a kid (baby goat). He was a fainting goat with a hereditary condition that caused him to stiffen or fall over when excited or startled. He enjoyed nibbling on clothes in the petting zoo on Farm Day Fridays. He was happy and loved!

Four Jabez, or "JJ" for short, is 25 years old. JJ was brought to the farm to be a lesson horse several years ago, but she became a one-girl horse who enjoyed being spoiled, trained, and going to shows with her favorite person. JJ has now retired and returned to a lovely life of leisure in the California foothills. JJ is happy and loved!

Rocky lived to be around 27 years old. He was an Arabian horse with the registered name “Spirit Rock.” He came to the farm in 2016 as a lesson horse and taught many children to ride over the years. He was a very sweet horse who loved Twizzlers and showing off with his many tricks. Before his passing in summer of 2025, Rocky was enjoying a well-deserved retirement. He was happy and loved!
